10. GOVERNING LAW, MEDIATION, AND JURISDICTION

To resolve any controversies related to the processing of personal data, the parties agree that, prior to any judicial measure, a consensual solution attempt through the CIESP/FIESP Conciliation, Mediation, and Arbitration Chamber will be mandatory, which is hereby elected as the institution responsible for conducting the mediation procedure.

Only after the conclusion of the mediation, with an agreement or a formal declaration of its impossibility, may a judicial process be initiated.

The Courts of the Judicial District of Sorocaba/SP are elected as competent to settle any disputes arising from this Policy, waiving any other, however privileged it may be.
